We are getting reports that public service pension providers are charging ridiculous fees for pension sharing orders in a divorce.

Some pension trustees are charging £300 just to get a CETV ( current equity transfer valuation) which of course, everyone getting a divorce with a financial settlement needs to obtain.

If you have experienced high fees in relation to your pension sharing order, please share them on this forum.

Perhaps then we can get the media to investigate this as it is clearly a rip-off and distressing to divorcing couples when money is at its tightest.
