Never heard of this one. Why don't you just ask for a copy so you can sign it and then it is done and dusted?

    I don't know why???

I have had my absolute for over 12 months, the consent order is sealed and agreed?? Apparently I have never signed it and ex is taking it to court for the judge to sign on my behalf. I have asked my solicoitor on countless occassions if I need to sign it and she just ???? and say's because it is sealed it's not necessary. What will happen in court, and who is liable for costs???
