I think he will probably ignore them but as long as it can go ahead that is great by me. Thankyou for your help.

I'm not sure which service I should purchase to divorce my wife. We were married in 2004 and split in 2005. When we split we shared the proceeds from our house sale, split the furniture and went our seperate ways. Neither of us had any debts at the time and we had no children. Which service is best for me as I don't want my wife to be able to get anything off of me after we're divorced. She has agreed to an uncontested divorce.

I am Chinese, married with my English citizen husband in Sept 2003 in London. After marriage, i went back China alone and we visited each other in China and Greece (he lived in Greece) occasionally during two years. Two years ago, he began to live in Thailand and has his Thai partner. So we have been seperated for two years. I want to divorce him but the problem is, I can not contact him because he refuses to answer my email and changes his phone number and i don't know where to find him. My question is: 1: can I divorce him in England in this case? 2: How much it will cost? 3: in my case, how long it will take? and 4: just in case if i can find him and get his agreement of divorce (which is undefended divorce), how much and how long it will take. thank you very much!

I'm seriously considering the £170 package but I am going to claim on my husband's pension, is this addressed in the package?

    Hi,
I and my husband are married 6 years, we have 3 years old son. My husband told me he wants divorce - the reason is he has enough... We have two properties in UK. I am temporary in Poland with my son (2 weeks now). I do not want divorce, but I cannot stop him of doing it. We gave each other time to think about things, however he is already planning to sell one of our property and give me money (not big amount - will not get me a chance to get new place for me and my son), he also do not support our child at the moment, and keep the house for himself. Please give me advise. I am torn apart.

My husband had started our divorce petition on February 2006 and I returned D10 form to agree with the petition. Since then, my husband failed to return the acknowledgement and moved back to Ireland where he is from.

Now, my husband does not want to continue proceedings and I would like to get a divorce. Since we have been living separately for more than five years, would it be possible to withdraw the divorce then start a new petition with the ground of five years separation?
Or is it possible for me to file for a divorce in a different court?

Either way he probably will not reply to my petition.

We have no children and financial matters to be resolved.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Thank you very much.

We are separated but having to share the marital home due to finances.
I will be divorcing him on the ground of financial irresponsibility as soon as I have enough £ for the petition.
Can we be divorced but still live sparately in the shared home?
It is only lack of finances stopping me moving out & the split is amicable so far.

Hi. My Turkish fiance married his now ex-wife (she is British) in Turkey in 1996. She never lived in Turkey & after doing his national service he came to live with her in the UK in 1999 (he has ILR) They got divorced in the UK last year & we are planning on marrying in Turkey next year. Is it true that he still classed as married in Turkey? If so, how do we go about getting his divorce recognized over there, and does it cost anything? We really don't want to have any contact with the ex at all as she has made his life a misery since he left her and has caused a lot of stress & upset all round? Any advice would be great. Thanks

Hi Divorcing Lady. If you have indefinite leave to remain in the UK then I don't think you have any problem staying after your divorce. My partner divorced last year after coming over here 10 years ago as a spouse of a UK citizen and he has no mention of him having to leave.

I can not locate my wife. I tried but no luck.
Its been over 5 years (nearly 6 now) since the last contact.

I heard somewhere that I have to hire a company that will try to locate her for me before I can go ahead with the divorce.
    Is this true?

And can I use your on-line divorce service in my case?

    Thank you

Hi, I married my French husband in France in April 2007, I am a British national and we are both resident in the UK (he has been for 8 years now). We have a translated and certified copy of the marriage certificate but I'm not sure the marriage is actually officially registered here. I commited adultery during our marriage and we both would like a divorce. If possible we would like to divorce in the UK, is this possible and how would we go about getting the ball rolling. We have no savings/house/children and have already divided our possesions and are living separately. Many thanks.

I am interested in buying the DIY Divorce package (£6<img src="emoticons/icon_cool.gif"> but was wondering does this package include children? As I have a Daughter who lives with me and my ex sees when ever he likes. We have no property and no money to split. We have been seperated for over 2 years so I thought this package would be good.

I was married in the british embassy in Muscat, Oman in 2000. My wife was Thai and I am from Scotland and we have no children. I have been living in Thailand for 11 years. I seperated from my wife in 2003. We went to Thai courts and recieved a court order that we were divorced in Dec 2008. What do i do to make sure this divorce is recognized in the UK, do i have to go through another court in the UK to make sure that this marriage is dissolved? Can you guys do this for me?
