The divorce itself only deal with the dissolution of the marriage and not your finances. In order to make sure that neither of you can come back to the court , it is best to put the terms of your agreement into a binding court order which dismisses any future claims.

Requirements
- The order has to be agreed and signed by both parties.
- You must be open and honest about your income and assets to each other
- You will not need to complete Form E with a consent order ( disclosure document)
- You only need to complete a basic assets, income and pension value form

- Once the order is filed it will be placed before a Judge who will read all the papers and either make the order or ask questions about the order.
- Once the order is approved, both parties receive a copy of the order, dated and signed by the Judge.
