|This email will activate your account, which you can then login to using the email address and password you chose at the checkout or told the advisor to use.|
|Login to your DivorceTrak case area where you will precede to the online questionnaire for your divorce. You need to provide us with some basic details that you will get from your marriage certificate.|
|Now that you have finished the questionnaire, you will submit it back to us for your case manager to check over and approve.|
|When your case manager has checked over your questionnaire, they will then draft your divorce petition so that it is ready to file with the courts.|
|If your court fee payment has been made your case manager will send your completed and checked divorce petition into our desired court where divorce proceedings then start.|
|You then use your personal case area to keep track of how the progress is going on your case. You will be able to reach your personal case manager (if applicable) anytime, who will then be able to answer any of your questions.|
|**If you are using a DIY divorce service and undertaking your own divorce procedure, you will not be able to track your divorce and once the case manager has checked your papers, they will then be sent back to you within 24 hours for you to submit to the court.|
