Will my solicitor act for me during the divorce?
Yes, your solicitor will formally be acting for you in the divorce proceedings and will go on the court record.
They will be able to deal with both the court and any solicitors appointed by your spouse, if they choose to hire a solicitor themselves.
Unlike our other divorce services your solicitor is duty bound to advise you on the merits of your divorce case and protect your interests.
Using this service could save you over £1,500 compared to using a high street solicitor
Please note: There are mandatory court fees of £460.00 payable to file your divorce and consent order agreement. You may be exempt if you are on a low income or benefits. Please click here for more information or call us on 01793 211211.
