Divorce LegalPac Explained

The LegalPac software allows you to create your own individual legal proceedings which are then vetted and edited by our legal team.

Instructions

  1. Double click on the DivorceV4.exe icon on your desktop:

  2. Step through the welcoming page:

  3. Enter Petitioner's and Respondent's details:

  4. Complete section on siblings:

    Divorce LegalPac - Child(ren)'s details

  5. Complete section on divorce particulars:

    Divorce LegalPac - Divorce Particulars

  6. Complete section on finances:

    Divorce LegalPac - Finance

  7. Clicking on 'Send to Divorce-Online' will automatically transfer your divorce details to our server. Your individual documents will be generated and then vetted by our legal expert for mistakes and will then be e-mailed to you as attachments (within 1 working day) or posted (within 3 working days). Both come with a guide that details you on the legal process and court procedure.

    If you would like to submit these details at a later date then the contents of the LegalPac may be saved within the application using the 'File' » 'Save' button.
