How it works

  1. Complete the order form and login details
  2. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account
  3. Click this link to activate your account. Note:You will not be able to login if you do not activate your account. Your account only needs to be activated once.
  4. Complete the online questionnaire
  5. You will receive your completed documents

Divorce Trak

Once you have completed the order form you will be sent an email to validate your account.

Click on the link to validate your account and then log in to DivorceTrak.

You can either log in from the web address on your email or from the login box at www.divorcetrak.co.uk

Home Screen


Your home screen is your gateway to DivorceTrak and explains how this service works and how to access the various function screens in the service.

Case Manager


Case Manager is a visual representation of your case and takes you through the standard steps in your case as it proceeds. Everything starts with the wizard which you need to complete to begin your case.

Message Centre


This is where you will receive updates and messages from your case manager. This is also the place where you send any messages to your case manager. We recommend you always use DivorceTrak to communicate with us as e-mail is not as reliable.

Download Centre


All the documents that you need will be presented to you in your download screen as and when you need them with instructions.

This is where you can access and change your personal details such as your e-mail address, password and telephone number.
