Interest free credit – Terms and Conditions – Divorce-Online

  1. The interest free credit package operates in respect of our Diamond and Diamond Plus packages only and includes standard court fees and is subject to the terms and conditions of Hitachi Consumer finance.
  2. Non standard court fees may be payable in your divorce where additional applications are required. These have to be paid separately and are not covered by the credit agreement. Hitachi Consumer finance.
  3. In the event that you do not proceed with your divorce and a refund of court fees is required, we will charge an administration fee of £20.00 to cover our costs. Hitachi Consumer finance.
