The Divorce-Online tracing service is designed to help you find a person or persons for whatever purpose you require. However it is mainly used on Divorce-Online to track down missing persons for the purpose of serving court proceedings upon them, particularly in 5 year separation proceedings where the Petitioner does not know where their spouse is now residing.

The trace itself is industry standard, comprehensive and covers a variety of public databases and other points of reference to attempt to find the persons current residential address.

If the trace is unsuccessful in divorce proceedings this allows the petitioner to ask the court for leave to proceed without the consent of the Respondent and we will provide the relevant paperwork for this as part of the service.

In all cases we will provide a written report.
