Terms and Conditions
Divorce Online does not charge members of the public for this service. All enquiries received by Divorce Online for this service, are referred to Click Law 24 (a trading style of EDC Lord & Co Solicitors) who will provide the advice by instructing on your behalf, a barrister from a selected panel.
Referral Fees
Under the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct Rules 7-9, solicitors are allowed to make payments to companies who supply them with additional work. This is known as a Referral Fee and the company who receives such a fee is known as an introducer Divorce Online (the introducer) must make clients aware that the company receives referral fees from Click Law 24 and Click Law 24 must also confirm to clients that such an arrangement exits. The referral fee between Divorce Online and Click Law 24 is 15% of net fees, in any given matter.
