Parenting Plans

Parenting plans are written documents that help parents plan for their children's future after a divorce or relationship breakdown.

The Parenting Plan contains information about some of the issues that parents need to consider. There are useful sections which may be completed to record the decisions that you have reached or areas for further discussion. (It is probably best to print these off and then fill them in as you will be unable to store your replies.)
These are quite thought-provoking.
