Access and membership to the community area is provided at the absolute discretion of Divorce-Online and maybe withdrawn at any time. Use of the community area is on the basis that you will not post any offensive, defamatory or libelous material and Divorce Online reserves the absolute right to remove any material at any time for whatever reason without notice. Any material considered to be offensive, libelous or defamatory should be reported to Divorce-Online who will then investigate the complaint and with the complainant decide on the best course of action. Failure to report in writing any material considered defamatory, offensive or otherwise will indemnify Divorce-Online and their 3rd party partners from further action. Marketing
We mainly undertake marketing by e-mail. Your e-mail address or personal details will never be sold to anyone else and any e-mails sent to you will be sent by us using our e-mail server.
